Executive Committee

The **Executive Committee** shall be accountable and responsible for carrying out and executing policies, plans, and procedures framed with due consultation with the Advisory Committee. The members of the Executive Committee shall be elected by APNA ZPHS members as per Byelaws of the Association.

The Executive Committee shall properly plan all the activities of the association so as to ensure and deploy the funds in a prudent and transparent manner for all the activities including day-to-day activities. The first Executive Committee is constituted mainly with the approval of all the members, and it will hold office for a term of **three years**, unless members resign their positions for personal reasons or because they are subject to disciplinary action by the Executive Committee. The next Executive Committee will be chosen through elections that comply to the procedural provisions in the rules.

Advisory Committee

The **Advisory Committee** might provide the guidance and assistance required by the Association. Senior ZPH School students who hold important positions in the government, private, or corporate sectors, including well-known locals, may be considered for such positions subject to receiving their written consent.

The members shall be drawn from seniors settled in India and abroad. It is also important to seek their views and advises for making policy decisions. The Advisory Committee will initially have a maximum of **15 members** however, this number may be increased based on the suggestions given by the majority of the members and approved by the Executive Committee. However, the names will be accepted after getting the written consent from those members.

Other Standing Committees

There shall be the following Standing Committees and the functions of these committees shall be decided by the Executive Committee (Office bearers) after detailed deliberations among the members and duly minted:

  • 1. Membership Committee: Responsible for growing and managing the member base.
  • 2. Communication Committee: Handles outreach, public relations, and internal/external communication.
  • 3. Welfare Committee (including Scholarships): Oversees charitable works and financial aid/scholarship programs.
  • 4. Sports Committee: Organizes sports events and promotes physical wellness activities.
  • 5. Technical Committee: Manages website, digital presence, and technical infrastructure.
  • 6. Finance Committee: Assists in financial planning, budgeting, and fund oversight.

However, as and when based on the requirements of the Association, the Executive Committee will create more additional committees to complete the existing or new work(s) of the Association.
