About the Medical Camp

Vikas Hospitals, Guntur, in collaboration with the APNA ZPHS Welfare Association, conducted a Free Cardiology Medical Camp on 24 August 2025 at ZPH School, Pedanandipadu.

Over 100 patients received ECG and 2D Echo tests, and 25 individuals were detected with heart conditions and referred for advanced treatment under Arogya Sri.

Inauguration of RO Drinking Water Plant & Project Review

Event Date: 15th November 2025 | Venue: ZPH School Dining Hall

On 15th November 2025 at 3:30 PM, a meeting was held in the new Dining Hall of ZPH School, Pedanandipadu, to review the progress of the ongoing projects by the APNA ZPHS Welfare Association and ZPH School. The Headmaster and members of the association extended a warm welcome to Sri Ramesh, the newly appointed MEO Chief Guest of the meeting. Sri Ramesh, MEO and Chief Guest requested Sri Srinivasa Rao, Headmaster of the school to conduct the meeting. Headmaster reviewed the progress of the school to the members.

Initially, the members reviewed the progress of the Robotic Programme being executed under the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), for which Sri Alla Venkata Subba Rao, in charge of NRI Group was the primary facilitator. The members conveyed their contentment with the progress achieved in both teaching and student engagement in the robotic programme, as well as their skill development.

Mrs. Makkena Jawahar Rani, Treasurer took the initiative in organizing the meeting, guided by Sri Guntupalli Appa Rao, the General Secretary. Among the notable attendees were Sri Ravi Sivarama Krishnaiah, Sri Vellanki Sivarama Prasad, Sri E. Hanumanth Rao and Sri KV Sai Prasad, who all contributed to the discussions. While addressing Sri Venkata Subba Rao told the members that NRI Group of APNA ZPHS Welfare Association already contributed over 2 lakhs on this program and assured to extent their help further for such programmes in the school. Sri Ramesh, MEO, appreciated all the efforts made by the APNA ZPHS Welfare Association, particularly highlighting the Robotics Program and the renovation of the old building under the leadership of Dr. CK Ramaiah. While address in gathering, Sri Divi Naga Raju, a Co-opt Member, promised to provide a microphone system for the school.

Sri Venkata Subba Rao urged the Headmaster to arrange for cleaning work on the northern side of the school premises, as indicated by a recent survey, to prevent any snakes from entering the school and to facilitate the construction of a compound wall in the future. It is essential to obtain the necessary permissions from the CEO of the Zilla Parishat Officials to carry out the cleaning work. In this context, the association has initiated the spraying of grass medicine throughout the entire school campus for cleaning purposes.

The most important part of the meeting was the inauguration of the RO drinking water plant by Sri Alla Venkata Subba Rao and Sri Ramesh which had been repaired recently and reinstalled. The members requested the Headmaster to ensure the maintenance of the RO machine and make sure a continuous supply of drinking water in the school. In a gesture of appreciation, the APNA ZPHS Welfare Association presented mementos and a shawl to Sri Alla Venkata Subba Rao and Sri Ramesh, MEO. The association expressed its gratitude to all members, teachers, students, and guests who attended the meeting, thereby reinforcing the APNA ZPHS Welfare Association commitment to educational excellence.
