Committees

Standing Committees Overview

The following are the Standing Committees but are extendable based on the need of the association. The Executive Committee will form additional committees from time to time, which will be functioning under the guidance of the EC.

Min. 3 Members

Membership Committee

The Membership Committees shall be composed of a minimum of three (3) members consists of one of a Team Leader and other two members from the Association. One of the members shall be elected as Committee chair by the Executive Committee and other members from the Association members. This Committee shall develop ways to encourage membership, maintain accurate records of membership, submit the fee collected to the Treasurer, and update those details for the benefit of all members.

Communication Committee

The Communication Committee shall be composed of a minimum of three (3) members consists of one is he Joint Secretary and other members of The APNA ZPHS. One of the members shall be elected as Committee chair by the Executive Committee and other members from the Association members. This Committee shall establish a regular means of communicating with members and sharing the goals and accomplishments of The APNA ZPHS.

Welfare Committee

The Welfare Committee including Scholarships shall consist of a minimum of three (3) members of The APNA ZPHS. One of the members shall be elected as Committee chair by the Executive Committee and other members from the Association members. In consultation with the Executive Committee, this Committee will devise the goals and criteria for awarding scholarship money to the existing students of ZPHS Pedanandipadu.

Finance Committee

The Finance Committee shall consist of a minimum of three (3) members of The APNA ZPHS. The Executive Committee Treasure shall chair the Finance Committee and other members from the Association members. The Finance Committee shall be responsible for overseeing of Association money, the presentation of an annual budget, and the preparation for auditing.

Facilities & Repairs

Technical Committee

The Technical Committee will help the ZPHS in maintaining the school's basic facilities, including establishing new buildings and repairing of existing ones as per requirements. This Committee examines and helps in all technical issues including those pertaining to library, study room, buildings, and maintenance.

Annual Meets

Sports Committee

The Sports Committee will conduct an annual APNA ZPHS sport meet regularly in collaboration with school authorities to encourage the sports in this area. The Committee will provide coaching and training support to the school representatives and hosts events that promote relationships between batches.
