Membership Criteria

Criteria for The APNA ZPHS Welfare Association

The APNA ZPHS invites individuals affiliated with ZPH Scholl to join as members under the following categories:

₹ 100 / Year

1. Regular Members

Any person who is a former student of ZPHS may apply for regular membership. The annual registration fee is set at Rupees One Hundred (100) per individual.

₹ 10,000 / One-time

2. Life Members

Individuals meeting the criteria for regular membership may opt for life membership by making a one-time payment of Rupees Ten Thousand (10,000). Life members will be exempt from any further annual fees for their membership in The APNA ZPHS.

₹ 5,00,000+ / Lump sum

3. Founder Members

Those who qualify for regular membership and contribute a lump sum of Rupees Five Lakh or more are designated as founder members and, similarly, will not be required to pay annual membership fees.

Membership Eligibility

To be eligible for membership, applicants must have been students of ZPHS, having completed any portion of their education from grades 6 through 10 (including old SSLC).

  • Individuals should not possess any police, legal, or other types of issues or cases that could undermine the credibility of the association.
  • New members are expected to contribute positively to the association, refraining from any destructive behaviour.
  • Refraining from quarrelsome conduct, or actions that may be detrimental to the school and the association.
  • In general, all ZPH students qualify for membership by default, but individuals displaying negative characteristics may be refused.

Annual Dues

The Executive Committee shall determine the annual dues for all membership categories, payable by the end of February each year.

Voting Rights

Voting privileges within the organization are granted solely to members who have settled all outstanding dues.

The Executive Committee may introduce additional membership categories as deemed necessary, including:
